You are also given the option to contact our site directly by phone, rather than completing the online form.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or updates about new studies, we collect your name and email address in order to provide you with the newsletter. If you contact us for information, we collect your name and email address so we can respond to you.
When we collect your email address or phone number, if you so indicate, your information will be added to our email newsletter mailing list for new study alerts and we will send you our email newsletter. If you complete a HIPAA-compliant “Study Prescreening Form” on our website, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

- Health information, such as information about clinical trials in which you are interested in participating and information relevant to eligibility for those trials;
- Geographic information, including your country of residence;
- Health information, such as information related to a disease or medical condition;
